Addtech Power Solutions, a business unit in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares outstanding in Fairfield Trading Company Ltd. (“Fairfield”)
Fairfield is a UK based distributor specialising in the supply of batteries for a wide range of markets including Industrial; Electrical Wholesale; Access control; Security and Emergency Services. The company is proud to work with highly respected suppliers and global brands for Lithium, Sealed lead Acid, NiMh and Alkaline cells and has established a solid reputation for service and customer support.
The acquisition by Addtech Power Solutions will strengthen Fairfield’s presence in the UK and European market by adding further lines and accessing new markets for the supply of battery systems.
